ERC is currently in the phase of accreditation for the commission regulation 2011/445/EU -"on a system of certification of entities in charge of maintenance for freight wagons".

All entities in charge of maintenance (ECM) have to become certified until end of May 2013. This certification is also recommended for workshops.
